Five musicians,
one mosaic
Fousai Fousaa, meaning mosaic in Arabic, is a five-piece neo-Arabic psychedelic fusion jazz band based in Brussels, formed in 2024. Drawing on North African musical roots and blending them with elements of Western jazz and progressive music, the band creates an immersive, genre-defying sound that explores themes of identity, love, loss, and displacement. Interpreting the deep soul of Tunisian music through a modern lens, their music is a journey across cultural boundaries, where tradition and contemporary experience converge.
Since their debut, Fousai Fousaa has performed in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Slovenia, and Tunisia. In summer 2025, they released a series of live recordings as singles and are currently working on their first full-length album.
